Your journey, clearly explained · Updated 14 October 2026

Before you book.

ITRAVELTÜRKİYE is Bizpal’s Türkiye-focused travel brand. Our website helps you explore ideas and request a tailored proposal. Submitting a form, asking for a transfer or discussing an itinerary does not reserve services or create a confirmed booking.

01 · Request your plan

Tell us your dates, destinations, group size and preferences. Website itineraries are starting points. Hotel photographs and destination images are illustrative unless a specific property or service is identified in your written proposal.

02 · Review the written proposal

Before you commit, the proposal should identify the contracting legal company and actual service operator, any relevant agency registration, contact details and business address. It should state travel dates, passenger details, itinerary, accommodation, transport, inclusions, exclusions, total price, currency, taxes, optional extras, availability and quote expiry.

If the contracting company or operator is unclear, ask for clarification before paying. A supplier’s licence does not automatically make another brand or website licensed. Operator details must match your confirmed service and documentation.

03 · Understand payment and confirmation

Deposit amounts, balance deadlines and accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing for your particular booking. Do not send payment-card details through the general inquiry form. Only use the payment instructions supplied by the identified contracting company and verify unfamiliar payment requests directly.

Travel is confirmed only when the responsible company issues written confirmation under the agreed terms. A payment request, provisional quote or automated inquiry acknowledgement is not, by itself, a confirmation of all services.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Ask for the applicable cancellation schedule before accepting a booking, including deadlines, the time zone used, charges, refund process and treatment of supplier cancellations, missed departures and changes. Different services in the same itinerary may have different conditions.

We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule through this website. Refund eligibility and charges depend on the booking, applicable law and the circumstances. Weather-dependent experiences, including balloon flights and boat trips, require specific cancellation and alternative arrangements in the written terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Transfers and special requirements

For transfers, confirm the airport, terminal, pickup time and meeting point, passenger and luggage capacity, child-seat requests, waiting allowance, delay procedure, extra charges and a staffed contact. A transfer request is subject to operator confirmation. Do not assume child seats, accessible vehicles or additional stops are included without written agreement.

Tell us about practical accessibility, dietary, rooming and privacy requirements early. Requests are not guaranteed until the relevant provider confirms them. Avoid sending sensitive medical or identity documents in an initial inquiry.

Travel documents and insurance

Check current passport, visa and entry requirements with the relevant official authorities for each traveler’s nationality and residence. A travel proposal is not an immigration decision or guarantee of entry. Ask an appropriate insurance provider about cover for your circumstances, cancellation and planned activities.

Questions, complaints and assistance

For inquiries and complaints, write to [email protected] with your booking reference, a short description and the outcome you are requesting. Do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive documents. For an urgent issue during travel, use the staffed operator contact on your confirmation; this website does not promise a 24-hour human emergency service.

These pages explain the inquiry process. Your service-specific contract and applicable law govern a confirmed booking. Nothing here removes mandatory rights, prevents a lawful complaint or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
