ITRAVELTÜRKİYE is the Türkiye-focused travel brand of Bizpal. This notice explains the information requested through our travel-planning website and how to contact the brand about it.
We are completing our formal business disclosures. Bizpal’s full registered legal name and business correspondence address will be added after verification. This notice does not replace the specific privacy information supplied by the company that ultimately contracts with you.
What you share with us
Our inquiry process asks for contact details and practical travel preferences: destinations, dates, group size, accommodation preferences, budget and requested amenities. We also receive the messages you choose to send. Please give only the information needed to plan your trip.
Do not send passport scans, payment-card details, medical reports or other sensitive documents through the general inquiry form. If an accessibility or dietary arrangement matters, describe the practical arrangement you need without giving a diagnosis. Any necessary sensitive information should be requested separately through an appropriate process.
Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand your preferences, prepare or revise a proposal and coordinate the next steps you request. If you book, further information may be required to arrange the agreed services, maintain transaction records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable, processing may be necessary for steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and handling inquiries, subject to your rights. Optional analytics and marketing require their own appropriate permission. Sending an inquiry is not permission for unrelated promotional messages.
Who may receive information
The website and inquiry records use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector services. Relevant details may be shared with the travel team and suppliers needed to prepare or fulfil the services you request. Ask for the contracting company and operator details before making a booking. Google Analytics is used on pages where you accept optional analytics.
Technology providers and suppliers may process information outside your country. The appropriate international-transfer arrangements, recipient details and any required permissions must be addressed for the relevant service; this page does not claim that consent alone makes every transfer lawful.
Keeping information
Information should be kept only for the purposes for which it is needed, including applicable recordkeeping duties and the handling of disputes. Retention periods depend on whether an inquiry becomes a booking and the records involved. Contact us to ask what is held and request deletion where applicable. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion schedule that has not been configured.
